Why settle for boring?
Saucy started with the desire to excite and inspire people to cook and entertain.
I was lucky enough to grow up in a house where the door was always open and neighbours, family, and friends were always welcomed around a dinner table. My mum is a great cook and worked in the culinary world. My grandma famously made scones for the Queen, and my dad had a limited repertoire but made the best burgers and chilli around (self proclaimed).
The kitchen was the pivotal part of the house and an effort was made with the setting, whether it was fish and chip takeaways, scrambled eggs, or a 3 course meal. If you’re going to do it, do it properly.
This upbringing ingrained in me that cooking and entertaining should be fun rather than overwhelming, and the right tools and products can enable you to do this stress free.
